Logging In & Password Reset
- Forgot Password?
- If you initiated a password reset:
- You will typically receive an email at your primary email address. (Click Login and then Forgot Password?)
- If you previously set up a secondary email for password recovery, the instructions may be sent there instead.
- If your password was reset by someone else (e.g., an administrator):
- You will not receive an email notification.
- The login screen will display a message informing you of the reset.
- Click "Forgot password?" to set a new one.
- Login Page Not Loading?
- Try:
- Opening the website in an incognito/private browsing window.
- Clearing your browser cache.
- Suspected Unauthorized Access?
- Immediately:
- Change your password.
- Enable two-factor authentication.
- Contact support for assistance.
