How does the Resolute DTF Ultra system work, and how does it differ from other DTF transfer systems?

- Unique Ink Formulation: The DTF Ultra system uses a specially formulated ink that allows for thicker ink without running off the film. This ink is designed for compatibility with the system's modified printer and software.
- Film Compatibility: Currently, the system only works with Resolute Premium 3-second instant hot peel film due to coating strength requirements.
- Transfer Readiness: Transfers are ready to use immediately after exiting the finisher, making the process more efficient.
- Cost and Size: The DTF Ultra system is slightly more expensive than a standard V8 due to printer modifications and software, but the increase is approximately 10%. It has the same footprint as a standard V8.
- Versatility: The DTF Ultra system can also print standard transfers at normal speeds of up to 24m per hour.
- Printing Speed: DTF Ultra transfers have a slightly slower printing speed due to additional curing requirements.
- Durability: Wash tests have shown similar durability to standard DTF transfers when washed at 40°C.
- Availability: The DTF Ultra system is currently only available directly from Resolute, with potential future availability through authorized distributors.
- System Access: To protect customers, the system will only be sold to companies that meet certain criteria.
- Training: Training on how to successfully produce DTF Ultra transfers will be provided at the point of installation.
